Jason and I have been together since 2006, and we got married on October 23, 2009. It was cool and rainy and perfect! Our dearest family and friends surrounded us with their love as we wed and then we partied the night away.  We then honeymooned for a week in the Mayan Riviera... during which we both got sick from running around in the rain on our wedding day!

We live in a Virginia suburb of DC, and are enjoying the newlywed life. We have a single family split level home that DH bought as a fixer-upper in 2006. It's become a very comfortable home, but there are definitely still things that need work! We share our home with our kitty, Rodrigo.

Our goals include finishing up the work we want to do on this house, getting our other fixer-upper home in rentable condition and getting some paying tenants in there! (DH is a budding landlord - we actually own THREE homes). We also want to travel internationally, and maybe get a dog... and eventually have a few kiddos! :-)
